Ron Lunski received his J.D. degree in 2000 from American University’s Washington College of Law in Washington D.C.  Mr. Lunski also received a M.A. in International Affairs from American University’s School of International Service in 2000. Mr. Lunski received his B.A. in 1997 from the University of San Francisco.

Mr. Lunski is active in a number of professional organizations including the San Francisco Bar Association, the Volunteer Legal Services Program, and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.

Profile | Marc Stimpert

Marc Stimpert has over 16 years of litigation and trial experience.  Marc is licensed to practice law in California and Colorado, and in thirteen federal courts.  Marc has litigated a total of twelve published cases, including a case before the Supreme Court of the United States.  Marc’s litigation experience includes a wide variety of commercial and business disputes, real estate disputes, torts, administrative disputes, environmental and regulatory disputes, and appellate work.  Marc also holds a master of science degree, and has been published in both legal and scientific journals.

While Marc has litigated cases throughout country, he has not forgotten the value of fairness and hard work. Marc is passionate about protecting the rights of his clients.  Marc is a tough, competent litigator, who strives to help his clients experience peace of mind and satisfaction in their cause.

Profile | Andrew McClelland

Andrew McClelland was admitted to the California bar in 2008, after receiving a Juris Doctor with Great Distinction from University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class.  While in law school, Mr. McClelland interned for the Yolo County Public Defender as well as United States District Judge Kimberly Mueller.  In addition, Mr. McClelland received Witkin Awards as the top scholar in Evidence, Patent Law, and International Criminal Law.

Prior to joining Lunski & Stimpert, Mr. McClelland worked for several mid-size regional defense firms focusing on construction defect, insurance coverage, professional liability and premises liability defense.

Mr. McClelland is active in a number of professional organizations including the San Francisco Bar Association and the Alameda County Bar Association.
