Profile | Andrew McClelland

Andrew McClelland was admitted to the California bar in 2008, after receiving a Juris Doctor with Great Distinction from University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class.  While in law school, Mr. McClelland interned for the Yolo County Public Defender as well as United States District Judge Kimberly Mueller.  In addition, Mr. McClelland received Witkin Awards as the top scholar in Evidence, Patent Law, and International Criminal Law.

Prior to joining Lunski & Stimpert, Mr. McClelland worked for several mid-size regional defense firms focusing on construction defect, insurance coverage, professional liability and premises liability defense.

Mr. McClelland is active in a number of professional organizations including the San Francisco Bar Association and the Alameda County Bar Association.
